Saltwater Country approaches every situation as a teachable moment. Utilising mental, emotional, and physical memory in live event training, work experience, and employment. We provide scalable real-life learning opportunities that can run throughout the year.

Participants can learn skill stacks associated with event management starting with delivering our Saltwater Activations (est. 2019) low-cost, soft-touch, free community events, which include pony rides, music, face painting, and open-air movie nights & healthy simple food in various locations in the community. Participants can build their skills throughout the year, culminating in being part of the large-scale Rhythm & Ride event team. Hands-on training and development are available in:
